Project Vision Inc. is a real estate development company with a focus on creating high value lifestyle residential and commercial solutions for q u a l i t y conscious customers.
Our construction division is a Licensed Residential Builder under the BC Home Owner Protection Act. We aim to add value for the 3 differential groups of stakeholders: customers/buyers of enhanced lifestyle residential real estate product, the community in which we operate and the company's shareholders. We believe we can be instrumental in driving quality in this market to higher levels. To that aim we have put together capital and some 55 years of combined experience in business, construction and development between the three founders: Mike Chamberlain, Steve Wright and Nick Vermeulen.
Our initial focus is on the Sunshine Coast, BC, as it has proven to be a concious lifestyle choice area. The Sunshine Coast is predicted to display the 3rd highest population growth in the entire Pacific North West: 3.4 % growth per annum to 2020, only slightly outperformed by Squamish, BC and Jefferson County, WA *.
